Get a student visa (if applicable).
Make sure your health insurance is valid and double check its coverage in Poland.
(You can get insurance in Poland too)
Make sure your travel documents are valid.
Get a checkup done with your Doctor.
Get your immunization and any medication from your Doctor.
Make sure your Cell Phone is carrier unlocked.
Make sure you have adapters for your electronics.
Prepare a file with important documents
Your PUMS Acceptance letter
Document confirming your health insurance/travel insurance
You can pick up insurance when you get to Poland too.
Some formal identification (with a photo)
For example your passport, driving license, home country ID.
Pack
Proper clothes
It is currently summer, but winter can be brutal so pack for that too.
A good labcoat!
You will need one, and it’s honestly best to pick one up from home – you’ll get a proper one during your White Coat ceremony at the end of the year.
Your favourite stationary
The file with your important documents
Your laptop/tablets etc.
